Massage Therapy Services

Hello! My name is Meghan (they/them) and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for ten years. I specialize in relaxation, clinical deep tissue, myofascial release, and shiatsu modalities. I’ve supported clients through injury recovery, stress and grief, and rehabbing from repetitive motion strains. Massage can be extremely grounding and help integrate difficult life experiences, move through transitions, and to learn about our own bodies so that we have better tools in our toolboxes to care for ourselves.
