Top seller
Our most responsive, active members. Earned by meeting all of these:
- Replied to at least 5 inquiries
- Responds to at least 70% of inquiries
- Averages under 4 hours to reply
- Active on the site in the last 30 days
Reliable seller
Responsive and active, just short of the top tier. Earned by meeting all of these:
- Replied to at least 3 inquiries
- Responds to at least 50% of inquiries
- Averages under 24 hours to reply
- Active on the site in the last 30 days
Rarely responds
A heads-up for buyers that this member is slow to reply and hasn't been around lately. Shown only when all of these are true:
- Received at least 5 inquiries
- Replies to fewer than 30% of them
- Hasn't been active in over 30 days
This one clears itself the moment a member starts replying and returns to the site.
Good to know: badges recalculate automatically from your activity — reply promptly and stay active, and yours will improve on its own. Response time is a rolling average, so a slow start fades as you build a faster track record.
