Metal cutout centerpiece & candle holder

I used this black metal centerpiece for years, but its size doesn't suit my current setup. It's gorgeous with a vase in the middle and tealight (or other) candles in each slot and the shadows from the cutouts dance beautifully. Measurements pictured, no stickers or makers marks that I could find. It's pretty lightweight and seems like it would take paint well. I'll clean it out pre-drop off, I just realized the pics are a little dusty.
